This policy explains how the Shipyard Toolbox iOS and Android applications, developed by ONC Technologies, handle personal data and on-device records.
2. Cihazda saklanan veriler / Data stored on your device
Proje kayıtları, remark listeleri, toplantı/MOM kayıtları, görevler, notlar, seyahat ve harcırah kayıtları, gemi kayıtları ile kullanıcının seçtiği ekler cihazın uygulamaya özel alanında saklanır. Bu içerikler ONC Technologies sunucularına gönderilmez.
Project records, remark lists, meeting/MOM records, tasks, notes, travel and allowance records, vessel records, and user-selected attachments are stored in the app-specific area on the device. This content is not sent to ONC Technologies servers.
3. Hava ve deniz verileri / Weather and marine data
Kullanıcı hava ve deniz verisi istediğinde seçilen konumun koordinatları, tahmin sonuçlarını sağlamak amacıyla HTTPS üzerinden Open-Meteo hizmetlerine gönderilir. Uygulama bu istek için cihazın kesin GPS konumunu kendiliğinden toplamaz; kullanıcı arama sonucundan bir konum seçer.
When the user requests weather or marine information, the coordinates of the selected location are sent over HTTPS to Open-Meteo services to provide forecast results. The app does not automatically collect the device’s precise GPS location for this request; the user selects a location from search results.

Job and vessel links open third-party websites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Kariyer.net, VesselFinder, or MarineTraffic only when selected by the user. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Kamera, fotoğraflar ve dosyalar / Camera, photos, and files
Kamera yalnızca kullanıcının seyahat fişi gibi bir belgeyi eklemek istemesi halinde kullanılır. Fotoğraf ve dosya seçimleri kullanıcı tarafından başlatılır. Seçilen içerikler uygulamanın yerel alanına kopyalanır ve kullanıcı paylaşmayı seçmedikçe uygulama dışına gönderilmez.
The camera is used only when the user chooses to add a document such as a travel receipt. Photo and file selection is initiated by the user. Selected content is copied to local app storage and is not sent outside the app unless the user chooses to share it.
6. OCR ve belge tarama / OCR and document scanning
Belge metni, gömülü ML Kit OCR modeli kullanılarak cihaz üzerinde okunur; belge görüntüleri ve okunan metin ONC Technologies sunucularına gönderilmez. Android'deki isteğe bağlı Belge Tara özelliğinin model, tarama mantığı ve arayüz bileşenleri ilk kullanımda Google Play Hizmetleri tarafından indirilebilir.
Document text is recognized on the device using the bundled ML Kit OCR model; document images and recognized text are not sent to ONC Technologies servers. On Android, the optional Scan Document feature may have its model, scanning logic, and interface components downloaded by Google Play services on first use.
7. Takip, reklam ve tanılama / Tracking, advertising, and diagnostics
Shipyard Toolbox reklam takibi yapmaz, reklam kimliği kullanmaz ve ONC Technologies uygulama içindeki kullanıcı kayıtlarını toplamaz veya satmaz. Shipyard Toolbox does not perform advertising tracking, use an advertising identifier, or collect or sell in-app user records through ONC Technologies. Android ML Kit components may process device information, application information, and non-advertising installation identifiers for diagnostics and usage measurement. Google states that this data is encrypted in transit and is not shared with third parties.
8. Saklama, yedekleme ve silme / Retention, backup, and deletion
Kayıtlar kullanıcı silene veya uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırana kadar cihazda kalabilir. Projeye bağlı veriler uygulama içinden silinebilir. Android sürümünde otomatik bulut yedekleme ve otomatik cihaz aktarımı kapalıdır. iOS yedeklerinin saklanması Apple'ın hizmetlerine ve kullanıcının yedekleme ayarlarına bağlıdır.
Records may remain on the device until the user deletes them or removes the app. Project-related data can be deleted in the app. Automatic cloud backup and automatic device transfer are disabled in the Android version. Retention in iOS backups depends on Apple's services and the user's backup settings.
9. Güvenlik / Security
Yerel kayıtlar işletim sisteminin uygulamaya özel alanında saklanır. Ağ istekleri HTTPS kullanır ve dosya içe aktarımlarında boyut ve biçim kontrolleri uygulanır. Hiçbir teknik önlem mutlak güvenlik garantisi vermez; cihaz parolası ve güncel bir işletim sistemi kullanılması önerilir.
Local records are stored in the operating system's app-specific area. Network requests use HTTPS, and imported files are subject to size and format checks. No technical measure can guarantee absolute security; using a device passcode and a current operating system is recommended.
10. Çocukların gizliliği / Children's privacy
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
The app is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Değişiklikler ve iletişim / Changes and contact
Bu politika uygulama özellikleri veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır. Gizlilik talepleri için uygulamanın App Store veya Google Play mağaza sayfasındaki destek bağlantısını kullanabilirsiniz.
